Growing up I was one of those kids that couldn’t sit still. I ended up getting involved in wrestling, football, jiu jitsu and eventually professional MMA. The one thing that stood out to me as an athlete, was that the harder you trained, you were always sore and in pain.
It didn’t matter if you stretched before training, iced your body after practice and got proper rest….chronic pain and inflammation always reared it’s ugly head.
